I don’t live in East Texas, so I can’t hire this business to help me, but you can bet I would if I could, without a moments hesitation. I can say this because I know the people and I know how much they helped my parents when they needed it most! If you need any sort of HVAC repairs or replacement, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t call Garland and Leslie first!!

After 3 years, heat pump had loud noise. A contractor put in new part, charged service and part, and tried to sell another brand heat pump saying that American Standard would not recognize warranty as we were not original owner. Called American Standard regional Sales Manager who recommended Garland. Garland came out and found a wire was off and heat pump has been working for next 14 years. Now purchased new American Standard from Garland Indoor Comfort who we trust. Had an electrical problem which Garland came and fixed immediately. Highly recommend Garland and his crew.
This is a company that goes above and beyond. They are very creative and tried to save us money on our older AC unit. When we had to eventually purchase a new unit, they gave us a credit back on all the money we had spent to try to fix the old unit. I have never worked with such a reputable and honest company. They do what they say..they stand behind their warranty’s..and they are SO QUICK to respond.I HIGHLY recommend Garlands Indoor Comfort! Thank you for keeping us Kool😁😁

We have used Garland’s Indoor Comfort for over 12 years. Their honesty and integrity, as well as, their great service is hard to beat. We had an old, old system that we believe lasted as long as it did due to the proper biyearly maintenance and, when it was time for a new system, received the best explanations for our choices. We don’t regret the choice we made and are enjoying huge savings benefits in our electric usage. Garland and his team of helpers are fabulous! It’s nice to find good service nowadays!
