This is a company that goes above and beyond. They are very creative and tried to save us money on our older AC unit. When we had to eventually purchase a new unit, they gave us a credit back on all the money we had spent to try to fix the old unit. I have never worked with such a reputable and honest company. We had our aging air conditioner and heating unit plus all the deteriorating ductwork replaced by you three months ago. Everyone has been so helpful and professional. Plus the best part is that our electric bill has been cut in HALF!!!??Thank you all for the best service we could have ever wished for!

After 3 years, heat pump had loud noise. A contractor put in new part, charged service and part, and tried to sell another brand heat pump saying that American Standard would not recognize warranty as we were not original owner. Called American Standard regional Sales Manager who recommended Garland. Garland came out and found a wire was off and heat pump has been working for next 14 years. Now purchased new American Standard from Garland Indoor Comfort who we trust. Had an electrical problem which Garland came and fixed immediately. Highly recommend Garland and his crew.
Left message, got a text for appt, received another text he was in route! In and out of the attic and he had new part on the truck. I had heat and he left within an hour! Fast, efficient and price was less than $200. Great job.

I don’t live in East Texas, so I can’t hire this business to help me, but you can bet I would if I could, without a moments hesitation. I can say this because I know the people and I know how much they helped my parents when they needed it most! If you need any sort of HVAC repairs or replacement, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t call Garland and Leslie first!!
