We chose Garlands to purchase our replacement system over two other contractors. In our house, some like cooler temps than others. I needed a contractor that would take these factors into account and install a system that met everyones needs in the house. The Samsung system that Garland installed is exactly what we needed to give us more heating and cooling options to meet our families needs.

Garland came out, looked at the whole system, determined where we needed to replaced and what could be reused (saving us some $$). The installation went so smoothly I was pleased at how efficient and CLEAN they were during the process.

This is a company that goes above and beyond. They are very creative and tried to save us money on our older AC unit. When we had to eventually purchase a new unit, they gave us a credit back on all the money we had spent to try to fix the old unit. I have never worked with such a reputable and honest company. This is such a great and honest company! We needed a new unit and so many other contractors that worked on our unit before hand charged so much just to fix it and always quoted us outrageous prices for a new one. Our unit finally gave out and I was so nervous about who to use to replace it. I got on my social media and asked who the best was and this place had the most recommendations. I messaged them and they responded the very next day! Was out to look at it that evening and 2 days later they are here replacing it! Even better, their price was way better than past quotes and very much reasonable! To top it off… they are VERY friendly, fast, responsive, clean, and just a great company! Will definitely only go through them from here on out! 😊

We had an old, old system that we believe lasted as long as it did due to the proper biyearly maintenance and, when it was time for a new system, received the best explanations for our choices. Left message, got a text for appt, received another text he was in route! In and out of the attic and he had new part on the truck. I had heat and he left within an hour! Fast, efficient and price was less than $200. Great job.
