This is a company that goes above and beyond. They are very creative and tried to save us money on our older AC unit. When we had to eventually purchase a new unit, they gave us a credit back on all the money we had spent to try to fix the old unit. I have never worked with such a reputable and honest company. I don’t live in East Texas, so I can’t hire this business to help me, but you can bet I would if I could, without a moments hesitation. I can say this because I know the people and I know how much they helped my parents when they needed it most! If you need any sort of HVAC repairs or replacement, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t call Garland and Leslie first!!

After 3 years, heat pump had loud noise. A contractor put in new part, charged service and part, and tried to sell another brand heat pump saying that American Standard would not recognize warranty as we were not original owner. Called American Standard regional Sales Manager who recommended Garland. Garland came out and found a wire was off and heat pump has been working for next 14 years. Now purchased new American Standard from Garland Indoor Comfort who we trust. Had an electrical problem which Garland came and fixed immediately. Highly recommend Garland and his crew.

We chose Garlands to purchase our replacement system over two other contractors. In our house, some like cooler temps than others. I needed a contractor that would take these factors into account and install a system that met everyones needs in the house. The Samsung system that Garland installed is exactly what we needed to give us more heating and cooling options to meet our families needs.

Garland came out, looked at the whole system, determined where we needed to replaced and what could be reused (saving us some $$). The installation went so smoothly I was pleased at how efficient and CLEAN they were during the process.
